Tired of sitting on the couch wishing you were in better shape?  Do you wish you had the tools and the trainer to lift you up without knocking you down, at a price that won't break the bank?


 

New Creation Personal Training can jump-start your goal with a 5-week, specially designed outdoor boot camp for people at all fitness levels.  For just $50, you'll get five sessions with a professional trainer outside of a traditional gym setting.  You'll love the fresh air and a fitter, stronger you!


What to expect...

Boot Camp Fitness workouts include, but are not limited to:

 

Cardiovascular • Speed & Endurance

Strength Training • Sled Drags

Tractor Tires • Kettle Bells

Sledge Hammer Ab Work

Low Impact Plyometric Work & SUV Push

 

Professional, personable instructors trained to help you achieve results - no matter what your current fitness level.

Augment your current training program with conditioning workouts to get ripped for summer!

Varied and fun workout activities that keep you motivated and excited.

Scheduled “fresh air” workout sessions at West Milwaukee Park.


Once a week sessions for 5 weeks: $50 for 5 sessions!

5 week blocks of bootcamps will run consecutively through Fall.

Sunday Camp Times:

Weekday Camp Times:

Classes size limited to 12 participants - All ages welcome!

 

Location: 

All boot camps will be held at West Milwaukee Park, which is located approximately 4...
blocks from Animal House Gym.

We'll be meeting on the Mitchell Street side of the park (north west side of West Milwaukee Park); look for our white truck, we will be setting up 15 minutes prior to camp.

Round One:  45 seconds per station – 45 seconds rest
