    Full customized training program and dietary consultation:  This will be ongoing throughout the entire pre-contest preparation (14 - 16 weeks).  

The integral link between diet and training is what ensures contest preparation success.  

Based on our contest preparation recommendations you will no longer need to sacrifice hard gained muscle, instead, there is the distinct probability that you will actually GAIN muscle throughout the prep period.

 

What to expect: 

  • Week to week customized, progressive workouts (exercises, total bar weight and bar volume components) will be developed specifically for each client.
  • Monthly customized food and diet guidelines on what to eat, when to eat it; carb/protein/fat changes; supplement manipulation; water changes.
  • Monthly evaluations on your progress, energy levels, appetite, cravings and goal achievement.
  • Weekly progress and consultation via email and telephone. 
  • Posing coaching, suit selection and prep for outstanding stage presence. 
 

DO NOT wait until pre-contest to start.  This plan pricing does include, and we prefer, an off-season.  This allows us to grab control of your physique so that when "diet time" arrives the transition to diet is easy and EFFECTIVE! 

 

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING W/ PRE-CONTEST DIET:

14 - 16 weeks (3 - 4 months).  Includes one-on- one customized personal training program and dietary consultation:  $2400*

 

ON-LINE TRAINING W/ PRE-CONTEST DIET:

16 weeks (4 months).  Includes the customized week to week training program (does not include one-on-one personal training)  and dietary consultation:  $650*
