  • What is New Creation Personal Training?

    New Creation Personal Training is a fitness service owned and operated by Andie, a certified personal trainer with over 30 years of experience. We offer a variety of personalized fitness services to help you achieve your goals.

  • Where is New Creation Personal Training located?

    We have two locations. Our primary gym is in New Berlin, WI, and we have a second location in West Milwaukee. We proudly serve clients in New Berlin, Milwaukee, Muskego, Waukesha, Brookfield, and Wauwatosa.

  • What is Andie's experience and who does she work with?

    Andie has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has a diverse range of clients, including general fitness and weight loss clients, fitness enthusiasts, pregnant and postpartum moms, seniors, youth and teens, and clients with disabilities. She specializes in training for peri- and post-menopausal women.

  • How do I get started with New Creation Personal Training?

  • Are the workout plans truly personalized?

    Yes, absolutely. Andie believes your fitness plan should be as unique as you are. She will take the time to understand your body, goals, and needs to create a personalized workout plan and a fitness journey that focuses on you.

  • What is One-on-One Personal Training?

    One-on-One training is a personalized fitness service where you work directly with Andie to achieve your goals. This includes an individualized fitness assessment, a personalized workout plan, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support.

  • Do you offer any other training options besides One-on-One?

    Yes, in addition to One-on-One Personal Training, we also offer small group training sessions, online sessions, and fitness programs for those who prefer the flexibility of virtual training.

  • I have a specific health condition or disability. Can I still work with Andie?

    Yes. Andie has experience working with clients with disabilities and a diverse range of clients. She will work with you to create a personalized, safe, and effective workout plan that is tailored to your specific needs.

  • What is lifestyle coaching?

     Lifestyle coaching is a service we provide to help you stay on track and build lasting healthy habits beyond just your workouts. We'll work together to help you make your fitness dreams a reality.


Nutrition and Recovery

  • Do you offer nutrition guidance or meal planning?

    Yes. Andie provides customized nutrition planning as part of her services. The plans are tailored to your unique body type, age, conditioning, and goals, and they complement your workout program to maximize your results.

  • What is included in the nutrition plans?

    You can expect a personalized plan, a focus on balanced nutrition, integration with your workouts, and ongoing accountability and adjustments through weekly check-ins. We have programs for rapid fat loss, lean muscle gain, anti-aging, healthy lifestyle, and more.

  • What recovery and mobility services do you offer?

    To help you stay active and pain-free, Andie offers expert guidance on stretching and mobility exercises, foam roller coaching, TheraGun sessions, deep tissue massage, and Graston. She works in collaboration with healthcare professionals to help with injury prevention and rehabilitation.
